Position Summary

Left Field Labs is looking for an experienced digital strategists to lead and manage initiatives from briefing to delivery. This person needs to be passionate and experienced in launching a full optimization and content program using various digital techniques.

You'll need to be conversion focused and stay on top of trends and testing. We are looking for someone proactive, curious, and analytical.


  • Identify new opportunities for UX optimization and content while maintaining brand standards
  • Own the end-to-end UX and content strategy process from ideation to execution across multiple projects
  • Drive exceptional content solutions that holistically align with business goals and the needs of customers and partners
  • Create and manage roadmaps
  • Deeply understand the business goal and challenge it's requirements as necessary 
  • Work closely with SEO team to identify opportunities, specific tasks may include but not limited to:
    • Keyword analysis and content recommendation
    • Link-building strategy
    • Site redirect planning, execution and testing
  • Contextualize the holistic impact of your content in the digital ecosystem including organic, paid, and social
  • Working with developers and design teams on best practices, trends, algorithm updates and implementation
  • Assist with testing and optimization efforts and special initiatives by performing in-depth and ad-hoc analysis of information from multiple sources
  • Analyze available insights and deliver analysis to inform strategy and activation (both team-directives and proactive)
  • Work in tandem with PR & media team on integrated programs as it relates back to the website
  • Write briefs for initiatives
  • Partner closely with experience strategy, content, and technical teams


  • 5+ years managing digital UX and content initiatives
  • Must have worked in a leads focused environment
  • Strategically strong-understands the client's business and is able to know how digital can support addressing them
  • Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Must be organized and be able to manage numerous initiatives at the same time
  • Ability to present to executives
  • Research skills, with the ability to generate data-based insights to weave into the strategy process
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively and seamlessly amongst and integrated agency team
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem solver and self-motivated
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Positivity and a drive to succeed
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a team, yet be comfortable running a project or task independently
